Happy Holidays

I wanted to wish you all a very happy holiday. Here are some portraits from the good ole self timer. I'm broken hearted to see that I actually don't look like the 18 year old I feel like. I guess there is some plastic surgery in my future. Or perhaps I'll just age gracefully like an old turnip. I can't believe my kids are 8 and 10 already. Where does the time go. It is passing by so quickly. My Holiday wish to you all is that you stop to take the time to smell the roses, to see the sights and enjoy just being. Life can pass you up in a minute so participate fully in all that you are and love passionately all that you have. Give yourself completely . Remember that in each one of is something so truly remarkable and truly special we owe it to the world to embrace and share it. Do your part to make our world a better place, no matter how small or insignifcant you feel it might be. It all matters. Take care and thanks for stopping by my blog.

Family portraits.

I'm finally posting some photos from all the family portraits I've done this fall. I love kids, they are so dang funny all the things they get up to. And don't you love the spit?

More trees

These Cottonwood trees have been an interest of mine for a long time. In the summer months they are so beautiful and green, but in the winter they take on this old, mysterious vibe. They seem so grand, and full of history. If only they could talk, I wonder what they would say.

Monica and some trees

Monica is an old friend of mine. I shot her wedding and was captivated by her natural beauty. She has modeled for me over the years, but I think this was one of our best shoots. She is just beautiful. The trees I keep seeing everywhere I go and never had my camera, or a free moment. Today I took the time and I think they are just so cool. Enjoy!!!
